Ideo became a partner of the "Specialist in e-Commerce" project.

Ideo is one of the partners of a nationwide project, which is designed to help increase the competencies of staff responsible for the development of online sales channels at e-shops and companies that use Internet tools in the sale.

The "Specialist in e-Commerce" project is being implemented by the Polak 2.0 Foundation. It is intended to help increase the competencies of staff who would be responsible for the development of online sales channels for e-shops and companies that use Internet tools in the sale. Ideo is one of the project partners.

"In discussions with our partners, there was often a problem of lack of qualified staff in the context of barriers to further development. The companies presented situations where it was easier to "steal" a competitor’s employee than to find and train a new person. We definitely do not accept this, and such stories should never happen." - says Adam Zygadlewicz, President of the Polak 2.0 Foundation.

One of the assumptions of the project is to make the certificate a kind of guarantor for the employer. The person holding this document has all the theoretical background to working in e-commerce. The "Specialist in e-Commerce" certificate is a chance to work in unusual locations. Partner of the project, Ideo, allows its participants to take an internship.

"Those who are certified will have a chance to check with us their knowledge. During the internship, the person will collaborate with the team of the selected e-commerce project for one of our clients. This allows them to learn the design and implementation of online sales tools. This internship will be a trial period, which may be the first step to working on such projects at Ideo." - says Arkadiusz Michno, CEO, Ideo Sp. z o.o.
