The Opineo Online Stores ranking uses a proprietary research methodology, which was positively assessed by the Nielsen research company.
The store assessing system is based on clear and understandable criteria, and most importantly, it has remained unchanged since the first edition of the ranking in 2010. This allows for a fair comparison of assessments over the following years.

The basis of the Opineo.pl methodology is a system of consumer opinions, which can be issued only after purchasing on a given online store.
Reviews concern the speed of the order completion, the level of customer service, and the quality of packaging. Buyers also declare whether they want to recommend purchases in a store to their friends, or not.
As a result, the ranking reflects current consumer sentiment. It is considered as the most reliable (because expressed by the buyers themselves) image of the e-commerce industry.

Report Koszyk Roku 2022 - user-friendly online stores
The Koszyk Roku rank is based on the UX survey considered as a basis for the ranking of the most user-friendly online stores in Poland.

In this year's study, EDISONDY experts focused on the mobile version of websites. Mobile applications or PWA, which are a different area of the buyer's experience, were not assessed.
About 100 heuristics were used for the study. The stores received the "true", "false" or "not applicable" rating. In this edition, the researchers focused only on the basket, payment information, registration and login.
The points obtained in these areas were used to calculate the final score for individual stores.
