BRW.pl is the second best-rated e-commerce platform in Poland in its category according to the 11th Opineo.pl Store Ranking. The jury once again appreciated the BRW online store in the HOME AND INTERIOR DESIGN category. Meanwhile, the BRW.pl mobile app took 4th place in the Shopping Cart of 2020 Report (koszykroku.pl). We welcome that recognition equally, as it is the largest UX survey in Poland.
The Black Red White Group has been using our online sales services for over 10 years. Both teams worked hard on their further development by introducing improvements and various optimization techniques. Once again, we are proud that first the store, and now the PWA mobile app, gains recognition in meaningful rankings for the e-commerce world.
The annual Online Store Ranking event is prominent in e-commerce. It is customers‘ time to honor e-stores they appreciate the most. Final survey results come from individual customer reviews published just after purchase. Thus, Opineo Award (i.e. Opineo Laur) is a genuine testimony to the top quality of customer service and trust. This year, we could also see how online shops overcame the challenges caused by the pandemic. We gladly announce that our client’s store - BRW.pl was second in the HOME AND INTERIOR DESIGN category.

The award for the BRW.pl store proves that sales process implementation was effective, diligent, and up to all service standards.
Apart from the award, the Black Red White received another recognition in Shopping Cart of 2020 ranking for their mobile store at BRW.pl. This year, the authors (Twisto with EDISONDA) also looked closely on how efficient are mobile web versions, PWAs, and other applications.

User Experience specialists audited the 100 largest sales platforms and assessed their performance in over 150 criteria, while the number of collected points determined their ranking position. One of many benchmarks was testing the purchasing process itself. However, the jury considered as well other aspects loosely linked to that key criterion. They tested, for instance, platforms’ availability, customer service support, shop regulations, or returns policy. The BRW.pl store prevailed and became the leader in the Shopping summary category, i.e. the very last stage just before the Checkout page.
The BRW’s store prominent position in that ranking proves that all designed and implemented features follow the latest shopping trends and upgrade customers’ digital experience.
