Client issues

The Client faced several challenges, which prompted the creation of its own B2C platform. Until now, there has been a lack of a tool that could be used by customers for the collection and sharing of interior design inspiration. In addition, customers did not have easy access to the specialists with whom they could discuss their projects.

Tasks and objectives

The project included the following tasks:

  1. Creation of an inspiration module: Development of a dedicated module in which the Customer can create and share inspirations related to interior design.
     
  2. Product integration: Linking inspiration to products available in the store, making it easy for customers to purchase.
     
  3. Specialist communication module: It allows clients to communicate directly with selected interior design specialists, as well as to quickly find specialists by industry and location.

Intar's implementation of the B2C platform resulted in a noticeable increase in customer engagement and sales of products featured in the inspiration module. The customers have expressed their appreciation for the convenience of shopping and having access to experts, which has led to an overall more satisfying experience while decorating.

Additionally, the Edito system provides a single point of access to the entire customer database. The B2C platform aligns with Intar's mission of delivering top-quality materials for furniture and interior design.
