ON THE COLLECTION

OF DATA FROM THE DATA SUBJECT

Pursuant to Article 13(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), we hereby inform you that:

  1. The controller of your personal data is Ideo Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Rzeszów (35-234), ul. Nad Przyrwą 13.
     
  2. If you have any doubts regarding the processing of your personal data, please contact the Data Protection Officer: odo@ideo.pl.
     
  3. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the GDPR, for the purpose of participating in the webinar and receiving materials that constitute a continuation and extension of knowledge, to the email address provided in the context of the webinar.
     
  4. Your personal information will not be shared with any third country/international organization.

     
  5. Your personal data will be stored for the entire duration of the educational process, from the moment you register to participate in the training cycle until the moment you stop receiving educational materials or until you revoke your consent.

     
  6. You have the right of access to your personal data, as well as the right to rectify, delete, limit the processing, transfer the data, object [if the processing is based on consent: the right to revoke the consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before its revocation].

     
  7. If you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
     
  8. The provision of your personal data is voluntary. If you do not provide personal data, we will not be able to respond to your request.
     
  9. Your data will not be processed in an automated way, including profiling.

In accordance with Article 21(4) of the GDPR, we inform you that you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. The objection should be addressed to the Data Protection Officer whose contact details are given in point 2. In accordance with Article 21(1) of the GDPR, when submitting an objection, please state the reasons relating to your particular situation.
