The goal was to simplify and streamline the management of products available on different e-commerce platforms. This integration has made it easier for the Client to list their products on popular marketplaces such as Allegro.

The second important step was configuring the integration so that B2C orders could be sent to the Baselinker system, making it a key tool for all transactions. As a result, Baselinker has become a single point of order fulfilment, ensuring fast and accurate order processing.

This has provided the Client with more effective solutions for both its assortment and handling orders placed on e-commerce platforms. The entire integration process included:

  1. Data structure analysis: An in-depth analysis of Intar's product data structure and adaptation to Baselinker's requirements, ensuring data consistency and correctness.

  2. API implementation: Custom API that allowed seamless communication between the internal system and the Baselinker tool. As a result, products were automatically uploaded to the platform, and changes were updated in real-time.

  3. Data mapping: Mapping between the product fields in the Client system and the corresponding fields in the Baselinker system was clearly defined, ensuring the consistency and accuracy of the data.

  4. B2C order integration setup: Integration between the company's ordering system and Baselinker to ensure that the data workflow is secure and reliable.

  5. Testing and optimization: Extensive testing ensures the integration works flawlessly and effectively. We have also optimized the synchronization process for maximum efficiency.
