Electronic document management system for Śnieżka

 

Fabryka Farb i Lakierów Śnieżka S.A. is a brand that enjoys consumer recognition and a strong position on the market and in the minds of customers. The company is a leader in the industry in Poland and in Central and Eastern Europe. Śnieżka has reached such a high position in less than 30 years. It is also the only company in the industry to be listed on the stock exchange.

In 2026 it will be 20 years since the first implementation of the LOGITO platform in the company. The system is gradually being expanded with additional modules and solutions to meet the needs of the company and the market.

Project outline

Together with the client ŚNIEŻKA S.A., we worked on the design and implementation of a dedicated application. The main goal was to create a system that would support the electronic circulation of documents and information flow in the company. To accomplish this task, we have implemented ready-made standard and dedicated modules to ensure maximum flexibility of this solution.

Implementation and objectives of the project

Due to the high level of complexity of the application, the first stage assumed the implementation of standard modules. Then, the focus was on the design of dedicated modules and their implementation. The client wanted the solution to be 100% tailored to the company's profile.

After 3 months from the implementation, completed with tests and employee training, we launched the electronic document workflow in ŚNIEŻKA S.A. and other components selected by the client. The LOGITO DMS system made it possible to reflect the hierarchy of the structure of the entire organization, as well as the relationships between employees within the reporting lines and procedures of the organization. It allows you to record all internal processes and information – including controlling their circulation. During the project, dedicated databases were also organized and created.
