Tasks and objectives
We implemented the project based on the proprietary Edito CMS system. We designed an extensive online store that has a bespoke order processing automation mechanism integrated with the Subiekt GT system and suppliers’ systems.

In order to improve the service and delivery of a large number of orders, we have integrated the system with a number of delivery and courier systems. They include Pocztex, Poczta Polska, Kurier 24, Kurier 48, Inpost and DPD.
This solution allows the efficient creation of consignment notes and ensures the coherence and correctness of contact details. The app makes it very easy to manage the shipment and track orders and returns. This translated into customer satisfaction.
The integration of the store with producers and suppliers' warehouse systems allows publishing current information about product availability, delivery times, and prices.
As a result, the product offer in the store is larger than in client’s warehouse. Additionally, reliable information about conditions of the purchase and delivery positively influences shopping decisions of the store’s customers.
