11 years of cooperation
iParts.pl and Ideo have been cooperating with each other from the very beginning.
We started from scratch (idea stage) and became the technological partner of the project.
We started with a basic MVP. The goal was to create something more than just an online shop. In its basic version, the project involved building Poland's first sales platform integrated with the Tech-Doc database.
The project was developed in small iterations, in line with scrum methodology, based on constant market feedback. Within each iteration we were extending the sales platform with new integrations or functionalities and implementing new analytical tools.
In addition to the maintenance and ongoing development and optimization of the technology platform, we also provide support for Client's e-commerce team. We’ve been providing our clients with comprehensive, technological and marketing support based on agile product development, market analysis as well as A/B testing. Our experts team also acts as an external marketing department of Iparts.pl.
We advised at the stage of technology selection, website creation and its development. We went through a lot of Google’s algorithms changes and site migration. We are real partners for life.

iParts.pl is a technologically advanced company, using the latest and effective IT solutions. We were the first in Poland to implement the international parts catalog system - TecDoc. It supports reliable vehicle and spare parts identification during the purchasing process thanks to a wide range of international vehicle identification options. Our eCommerce platform stands out because it also:
- Integrates two IT e-commerce systems – German Ucando and Polish iParts
- Gives access to 3 million car parts
- Has access to the largest international car part identification database, TecDoc Webservice
- Is integrated with an ERP system and an external logistics system,
- Communicates with 30 external suppliers warehouses
- Is integrated with a CRM application managing the Customer Service Office

Furthermore, we have ensured visibility, recognition, and a successful increase in sales revenue by implementing a well-considered marketing strategy.
One of its activities was to build a custom affiliate platform through which products from our client's shop are promoted and made available for purchase on other websites in exchange for payment of sales commissions to partners.
As a result of our activities and development, iParts.pl has grown from a fledgling start-up to a leading player in the automotive industry.
We are continuously working on the optimization and improvement of the website's usability and performance. Therefore, on a regular basis, we analyze the conversion funnel (sales funnel) and implement tools to test the website's speed and correctness.
Further development includes running tests on the new solutions, developing new functionalities, and conducting A / B tests. The main purchasing path is also tested through audits based on various scenarios.
